What happens once the auction is closed?

Expect to receive an email indicating the outcome of the auction and the necessary steps to take from here. You can also see the outcome of the auction under the "Your trades" tab. If the reserve price of the car has been reached, it is sold, and you must arrange with the buyer the collection and payment for the car. If the reserve price of the car has not been reached, you will have the option of registering it again or accepting the highest bid. Sometimes the buyer offers the reserve price after the auction in order to get the car.
